Happy Mother's Day!
Just a quick note to reflect on what the heck would we do without our moms??!!?? Even though at times I thought I could get along fine without my mom, she continues to be true, be there for me and she loves me unconditionally. I know all relationships have tough phases at times yet as I approach mommyhood I can't think of how my life would be without her. Thank God I don't have to because we live in the same city and that is a blessing!
She was there for me by phone, email, snail mail and e-chat during my 4 years in France and she is more than ever lending a helping hand now. I can't express how much what she has done, continues to do and has sacrificed, in her lifetime, for me and my brothers... she makes the mommy shoes I have to fill in 6 months quite large!

My hubby treated me, the "Pre-maman" {as La Mom termed it} to a pre-mother's day dinner the other night.
I think you can catch a glimpse of my growing bump!

Ah, What a sweet post to write about your mom. How sweet. Just think, soon she will be a Grandmere (I think that is how you say it).
I can't believe how much you are showing already!! You look so cute!! Little bebe in the bump. Can't wait to follow you through your pregancy.

Yes, my parents are super excited to be Les Grandparents. Thanks for thinking I look cute, I mostly just feel a bit fat since the bump isn't really pronounced yet.
