Coco avant Chanel
She stole my heart when Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain premiered 8 years ago. At the time, I was living in Paris and enjoyed discovering French films. They are usually oh so different than American movies. Although the movie is a bit quirky, typical French cinema, I did find it cute and funny.
Now, Audrey Tautou is all grown up and is courageously taking on a huge role as she portrays one of fashion's greatest icons, Coco Chanel! The film, Coco avant Chanel, is due to premier the 22nd of April in France. No dates have been announced yet for a US premier, but of course I will keep you posted if the movie makes a jump over the Atlantic.

I can't wait to see that movie! I loved her way to see the woman (show your thighs but never your knees!)
I'll be back in France by July, I hope it will still be in theaters...

I can't wait to see the new Gad Elmaleh in Coco. It's supposed to be exaggerated like La Verité Si Je Ment and hilarious! YOu'll have to check it out via You Tube one day.

Yeah Kelli, just like you, I'm a huge Audrey Tatou fan...you should rent "A Very Long Engagement" if you haven't yet. And so looking forward to this new Coco movie!

I can't wait for this movie to come out. I loved the Lifetime version of Coco's life that came out last winter. It was a beautiful story and the sets were amazing. I love anything that the adorable Audrey Tatou is in and mix that with Chanel, Oooo...I can't wait!!!

I loved Amelie! I watched it with my mom a few years ago, and ever since I've been meaning to watch it again, but never got around to it. So, maybe this reminder for me to watch it! I'm excited to watch the Coco Chanel movie...I'm sure it'll be amazing!
