Introducing Mindy Goldis & World Peace Kitchen
Good Morning!
Before I head off to Orange County, to spend this glorious day shopping with the lovely Julie, I want to introduce you all to Mindy Goldis. I have had the opportunity to enjoy 2 "uncooking" classes with her recently and it is always so inspiring and exciting to learn more about fruits, veggies and eating raw.
Raw Uncooking Class with Mindy Goldis
While I am not all raw, I do try to integrate as much raw as possible into my diet. Mindy is inspirational and very informative! I asked if she would like to write for the ARWS blog offering monthly tips & tidbits on health, balanced eating, yummy recipes and other topics about womens health she finds interesting! I am very excited to offer you, my dear readers, a blog that is not just focused on the outside, but the inside as well!
Happy Reading!

Kelli - You know how I adore cooking lessons! And as I'm on a diet the healthier the better!!! I think Mindy needs to meet my friend Vardit - http://www.forgoodness-sake.com/ They have tons in common and I'm certain would hit it off! Also, I wanted to say what a smart idea you had meeting to brainstorm for ideas on partnering your business together. In fact, it was my natural nutritionist friend Vardit who inspired me to start business and as I was setting things up she served as a sort of mentor for me! There is no better way to grow your business than the support and encouragement of a like-minded business associate!

Diva,
Thank you! I am sure Mindy will appreciate meeting someone new and like-minded!
Yes, it is always a wonderful thing to have many facets to a business and especially in these hard financial times, it is great to refer clients back and forth!

Hello Mindy! It's nice to have you on board!
I was wondering if you can talk a little bit about how to get iron from natural sources. I am a vegetarian and have been diagnosed with anemia. I obviously have no desire to go back to eating meat, but instead choose natural sources to fulfill this deficiency.
Any advice will be highly appreciated!
thanks
Mimi
P.S. Genius idea Kelli! You are sure to attract even more readers from now on!

I think it is a very interesting topic although I know that 100% raw is not what my body needs it is great to learn more.
Thanks for being honest! I do find it takes more time to prepare and plus my French hubby would NEVER go for this 100% of the time.

Great post Kelli. I'm looking forward to hearing more from Mindy, and learning how to incorporate more raw fruits and veggies into our diet.
My question: Eating a vegetarian diet how do you incorporate enough calories - proteins - needed nutrients and such to keep healthy?

I think a lot of people are curious about this and I look forward to seeing what Mindy has to say.
