Simple Pleasures

A fter acupuncture today, I decided to take a stroll through my local farmers market. This used to be a weekly tradition, however lately my schedule has not allowed me the luxury of time to wander, taste and delight my senses.

But this afternoon I was free! The sun was brightly shining, the breeze was delightfully warm and I was surrounded by beauty! Fresh farm vegetables, ripe summer fruits and gorgeous floral arrangements. Ahhhh... what a way to settle into the weekend! Relaxation and rebalancing with my acupuncturist followed fresh air, local organic produce and delicious artisan breads.

This is one of the many simple pleasures I enjoy!
What are yours?

Until next time...
Relax, revive and enjoy wandering your local outdoor market while the days are still warm!

Oh how I love Paris' outdoor markets - the spices, the produce, the flowers! Luxembourg City's market is gorgeous as well - I was happily lost in a sea of farmers' stands when we visited.
