These boots were made for walkin...

T his is the time of year to invest in at least 1 quality pair of boots; they are the cornerstone for your fall and winter wardrobe!

I know many women who are tempted to wait, "just a little while", hoping that their favorite pair will go on sale before they actually need them. However, through personal experience as well as listening to many sad stories my clients share we me, I recommend purchasing your favorite boots now.
Boots fly {or walk} out of stores quickly and a month from now it is very possible your favorites will no longer be available.

Shoes are always a great investment and I encourage clients to buy the best quality they can afford! Don't skimp on your favorite boots and hit the stores now.  No matter what style, color, height or material your must-have boots are for this season, be sure to pick them up soon before they walk away because... these boots were made for walkin and that's just what they'll do!

I am assuming that is your wedding photo at a vineyard, wow! Anyway, love boots, have several pairs. I find myself wearing my boots from Australia the most, the RM Williams, love them! I just happened to be looking at a pair of cowboy boots this morning, possibly for our barn dance dinner this friday but cannot make the commitment to spend the money.

Happy at home, thanks for stopping by!
The photo I posted is of a
trash the dress shoot my hubby and I did back in August. I will be doing a post on that adventure very soon... so stay tuned for more!

I hope that you find what you need for your barn dance this Friday. Sounds like a blast!!
If you think you will wear the cowboy boots again with jeans this fall or for special occasions/parties, go ahead and invest, if that is an option. They are always great to have on hand.

I did a lot of line dancing back in high school and owned an awesome pair of black cowboy boots. To my surprise, ok... more like complete shock, they were "a la mode" {in style} during the last year I lived in Paris.

You just never know when they might come in handy!

Love the picture in the vineyard! For those of us that are boot "newbies" can you give us some tips on what to wear the ankle boots with, other than pants of course! Do we need to match them to our hosiery?

I really admire the red ankle boots. I bought 2 pairs of boots already but that was a year ago (1 black and the other is dark brown). I think it's time for me to buy new one before the year ends...maybe a gift for myself.
